Ken Cuccinelli has repeatedly stated he opposes abortion even in cases of rape, incest, and the health of the mother. As a State Senator, Cuccinelli introduced “personhood” legislation that would effectively outlaw abortions in Virginia and medical experts say could ban many common forms of birth control like the pill.
