Good Afternoon,
On January 24th at 4:00 PM there will be a statewide march for justice in Richmond, VA. The peaceful protest will begin at the Bell Tower located next the Capitol building, and will proceed to Lumpkin’s Jail. Action items will be presented, along with the plan to attend the General Assembly session on January 27th to present our action items. We will be unified, we will work strategically, and we will show the state that a change must come.
We will take a chartered bus to Richmond leaving from Albemarle High School at 2:00 PM and returning at 6:00 PM. The cost of the bus will be $15/person and scholarships are available if needed.
I would like to ask that you pass this flyer around to your extended networks, and come out and support this event.
We can accomplish a lot more together than we can as individuals.
