Please join the Madison County Democratic Committee at our next regular meeting, Saturday, February 8th at the George James Community Center. Come early for the Center’s home-cooked “Big Breakfast” (suggested donation $10) and stay for the business meeting at 9:30am with special guest Senator Mark Warner’s regional campaign lead and former President of Virginia Young Democrats, Isaac Sarver, who will collect Democratic primary petitions and address the committee regarding the campaign’s re-election strategy.
Additional Items on the agenda include the review and discussion of our 2014 calendar, budget and “Volunteer Book” of participation opportunities including officers, committees, precinct captains and more.
Following our meeting, interested members are welcome to travel with us to an after-lunch meeting of The Fifth Congressional District Democratic Committee in Farmville.
