This is an official notice of an election to be conducted in Madison County on 11/05/2013. If you are an absent military or overseas citizen eligible to vote in state and local elections, you may register to vote and request a regular absentee ballot for this election by using the federal postcard application (FPCA), available at www.fvap.gov. You can electronically apply for ballots by submitting your FPCA by fax to 540-948-7825 or scanned email attachment to govote113@verizon.net. NOTE: requesting an early ballot limits the elections in which you can vote to the statewide office of Governor, Lieutenant Governor and Attorney General; you will not be able to vote in local races or on referendum measures.
